Our staff are dedicated to keeping residents active and busy throughout the day. We employ several activity team members in addition to providing various entertainment in the home to make our residents happy.
Overview and CQC Inspections Report
- A person who had complex needs told us they were supported by a team of staff they were familiar with, and told us, "They do a great job and they have very few agency staff."

- People received food and drink which met their needs. One person told us, "The food is so good here, I've put on 10 kgs since I came", adding "I love it here".
Quality Residential Care & Support Services
Weavers Care Home has been operating since 1984, ensuring elderly people are given the care they deserve in order for them continue their life to the best standard they can. We are also proud to be have been awarded five stars for our level of health and safety.
- People were treated with kindness by staff. A person told us, "I find them [staff] very good and very supportive"; and a relative told us, "[Staff] are really good. They look after her so well. It doesn't matter what time I come in it is always the same [good care]".
- One staff member said, "We care, we look after people like our family, the place has a homely feel and it makes it really welcoming for people." Another member of staff told us, "I love it here, I love the people – the staff and the residents."
- People were supported to follow their interests and hobbies; and take part in social activities that were meaningful to them. The activity workers also spent time with people and their relatives finding out about past interests and hobbies. They then looked at how they could support the person with hobbies which were meaningful to them.

Based in central Coventry, Weavers Care Home is set in several large, relaxing and beautiful gardens.
